All watercolor pet portraits are hand painted on high quality Arches paper, with lightfast pigments. With proper care, they will retain their true colors for decades.

Listed are base prices, with one pet and simple or no background. I can give a more exact price once I see your reference photo.

Custom House Portraits

All watercolor house portraits are hand painted on high quality Arches paper, with lightfast pigments. With proper care, they will keep their true colors for decades.

 Listed below are base prices for houses without a lot of specific details, such as intricate porch railings, or irregular stone. I can give you a firm price once I’ve seen your reference photo.

Custom Bridal Bouquet

A custom bridal bouquet is a great gift for the newly married couple, maybe on their first anniversary! I also offer gift certificates , which would make a fun wedding gift!      Custom Pet Ink and Watercolor Sketch

An ink and watercolor sketch is a more whimsical style, and more affordable than the traditional watercolor portrait. All ink and watercolor sketches are hand painted on high quality Arches paper, with lightfast pigments. With proper care, they will keep their true colors for decades.

Custom Pet Word Collage

You provide me with a list of nick-names and words that describe your pet, and I will arrange them artfully into a silhouette of him/her.

   8.5”x11” $120

Other Custom Watercolor Work

For other watercolor subjects, the price will vary depending on degree of detail and size, but in general, the price would be between $2.50-$3.50/sq in. Message me with our ideas and I can give you a price for your project..

How To Order Custom Work

The most important element of a custom painting is a quality reference photo. A clear, well-lit image shows me all of the vital details that I love to include in all of my work, and that’s what makes a work extra special, especially with pet portraits. I prefer to work from just one great photo, rather than trying to combine features from different photos. I understand that for memorial pet portraits or surprise gifts, sometimes you are limited in your photo choices. In this case, you and I will discuss the available photos and we can come up with a plan.

Once I have a good reference photo, I can give you a firm price and I’ll ask for 50% deposit, via Venmo, PayPal, check or cash. Then I will get started! My turn-around time varies depending on my availability, but typically I can get it finished within a couple of weeks. I will send you a photo when I think I’m done and once I have your approval and final payment, I will mail it off, or if you’re near 75205, I offer porch pick-up.
